They may be good roofers but customer service needs to improve. I would suggest starting by picking up the phone sometimes. Their guy didn't show up for a scheduled appointment and Andy repeatedly failed to call back after assuring me that he would. Wasted nearly 3 weeks waiting for them to come around. Would not recommend contacting them for emergencies.
