I hired these guys to do a state of the art home security system. Everything went ok at first. Then I have had problem after problem with the system. I paid them over $600 extra for touch screen monitors which have failed time and time again. The system shuts down when its really cold out! Now for the install problems . They installed my motion detectors up side down. I am not sure how they did it because the have a up arrow right on them. I did not find out that they were backwards till I tested the system my self and it did not work. So I had a non working system for about three months. Getting them to fix it was not a problem and the owner blamed the employee and did not even say he was sorry. So a couple of months goes by and the touch screen goes out again. They fix it . The the garage door sensor falls off the wall because the only used screws to install it . They were needed to use sheet rock anchors. I call them to fix it and they said its out of warranty but they will try and get some one out to look at it and they did while I was at work. Guess what they did to repair it? The used screws again. Ok so my kids were in the closet just playing around and the whole alarm box the was only secured to the wall with screws fell off! Bottom line for me and my family is we feel that this company did us wrong and would will never use them again! They have us locked into a contract and they are unwilling to resolve this! John
