Not sure what is going on with Lori. We ordered 5 pieces for our daughter's bedroom in April of 2010. She required us to pay a deposit which is understandable, but that means you should get your items. We received 2 of the 5 in September, but are still waiting on 3 more. She never called to let us know anything. When I contacted her she said that the hutch was damaged and was sending it...
