I had a lot of neighbors complain that the addition took an awful long time for the size of the project. Since I was absent, it didn't bother me too much. We loved the design and it blended in beautifully with the existing structure. NuRoom was very easy to work with and we feel the quality was excellent.

Builder abandoned me when the project was almost done. Have been waiting two years to find someone elsse to finish it.

They really went above and beyond for us - everyone involved was terrific and the work is excellent.

The superintendant is rarely on the premises which resulted in at least four things that were done very wrong and had to be redone. The company stood behind the errors and fixed every one of the issues & I doubt they made nay profit as a result. Owner is very diligent in following up and fixing the significant goofs, and great at communicating. I told him his super is a very nice guy & works...
