If it's at all possible, go somewhere else to get your medical equipment fixed. Numotion has zero customer service. They're the only game in town (Vancouver) who takes medicare payments for durable medical equipment. Because of this they treat people like garbage - especially if you are elderly. When I complained that they had replaced a broken part with a cheaper part they told me they had no "record" of the more expensive part being on my chair. Really? Because it was on my wheelchair until THEY TOOK IT OFF. Then all records were conveniently lost. I'm stuck with a very cheap component. Later when my wife complained about a malfunctioning wheelchair they came out 3 times and told us repeatedly there was nothing wrong with the chair. As soon as a year had gone by and we were still asking for assistance to correct the problem, they told us, "Oh, sorry, your chair is out of warranty." If only we had told them about the problem before. Helloo. We did tell them about it, they didn't want to hear about it or help us. We understand the medical supply industry isn't what it used to be. These folks continually skew the rules in their favor. If you have a choice - go to Portland for your durable medical equipment. Avoid Numotion in Vancouver at all cost.
