If I could leave a negative 5 stars I would since that is what this "doctor" deserves!!
Never schedule a 9am appointment because no one will be there , office closed!
Dirty office and the doctor herself should look nicely groomed. With the money she charges to fill out paperwork (charges me $60 to put me on disability) she should get a pedicure!!!!!!!!!!!
