I just took a NuCulinary Korean Cooking class in Renton and loved it. It was a demonstration class, though they also have hands on - the chef did an excellent job, very professional but also friendly and conversational. He gave us lots of helpful tidbits about the ingredients and how to prepare them...sometimes it's just nice to see someone else do it first! The recipe was a fairly easy one, but not one I would have tried on my own. Also super helpful was a little tour of Uwajimaya after class - nice to get an idea of the layout and know where to find those special ingredients for next...
I recently took a Cambodian Cooking class that was taught by the owner of Phnom Penh Noodle House. The recipes and dishes were outstanding. I walked away happy and very full of yummy food.…
