This is currently the 2nd time in 4 weeks that my daughter has been to your store and had to wait hours longer than estimated when she arrived. Either be honest about the time or lose an entire family of loyal customers that have used ntb for 15 years!!!! Very disappointed!

Beware. They are starving. I had an inspection that failed by them, but had Missouri Highway patrol over turn.

Be aware of tire repairs that have slits above the bead, resulting in necessary purchase of a new tire.

I don't believe the entire NTB chain is bad, just wouldn't do business at this one.

Horrible service, had to return several times over a couple months period because they can not complete work. Everytime I went back they found something they had forgotten to fix the first time or left my car in worst shape then when I brought it in!
