They do they best they can to accomendate their clients. The negative reviews are typically those who expected snappy results in an unrealistic time frame. The one thing I will criticise on is the rigid appointment scheduling with an unforgiving timeframe which is a real clash for their working clients. CCA should have longer opening hours. It would boost productivity.

My son's case manager is a liar. She report him missing and somehow got a hold of his SSI benefits. We will get this matter straighten up ASAP.

Most disrespectful insurance company I ever dealt with on 3 different occasions I was supposed to get a call back and never did another specialist I have was also supposed to get a call back it's been five days and they never did and plus a lot of miscommunication by different reps about how my insurance works and what it pays for. FRUSTRATING N THINKING ABOUT LEAVING THEM AND NOT RECOMMENDING...
