I was extremely pleased with Novotny's refinishing crew. The were very professional and did a fantastic refinishing job on my hardwood floors. Also what impressed me was that they took extra time in helping me in regards to furniture having to be moved. Jim in Burbank

Avoid this company at all costs. Gary came once to give an estimate and we never saw him again throughout the whole, horrible experience. Only his workers, who made our beautiful, original 1920's oak floor pumpkin orange. When we called immediately to let him know the floors were a disaster he did not come himself, instead he sent the same workers back, who put another layer of oil based stain over the orange, which we had to pay for. When we called to tell him the floor was still orange, he STILL did not come to look at our floors. Didn't even ask for pictures. Instead he quoted us an...
