Got rec from a friend. The father came for an est.no one els would come. Had a big job needed to b done in a week. Mr novak said no problem. His sons came they worked hard they finished before the dead line. I rec to everybody . I gave his name to a friend who works for channel 7 and they were on extreme makeover. Mr novak sent us a bottle of wine.

I have had the same problem as the other post Gail. This is my first ever post about a business but I am horrified from this experience. He finished half of the job to refinish my floors. Greg Novak will give you a good price but it is not worth it because he won't finish the job! Now he doesn't answer my phone calls. He was at least 2 hours late to every appointment and doesn't even show up for the others. He has a lame excuse for everything. Greg Novak is unreliable and runs a terrible business. DO NOT USE NOVAK FLOORING. Not worth the headache

DO NOT USE GREG NOVAK! I just read the other review here and I have had the same exact experience. Till this day he has not completed a simple 4 day job, and it has been a month. Unbelievable how terrible he is. He will tell you he is coming one day, and then make excuses to not show up. DO NOT USE HIM. He will give you a price that is a little lower than others but it is not worth the...

Non Responsive to Incomplete Job

Two components to complete the job were delayed and delayed. Mr. Novak called us to say he was on his way to finish the job...that was days ago and to date we haven't heard from him nor does he answer our calls.

No matter how good a job he does. It's not done unitl ALL of it is done.

Not a man of his word and it costs nothing to call the client and explain. He got paid and now is unresponsive.

Don't like dealing with type of individual. Do you?
