Today I had the pleasure of my 1st visit to this office. The front desk was very couterious and I only waited a few minutes from the time walked into the the door to be seen. Once in the room I was in there for only 5 minutes until Dr. Bradford came in and went through my history as far back as I could remember and gave me all of the time I needed to understand me and my conditions. Terrible bed side manner. Antiquated equipment. The exam table is hard to get on, it doesn't even lift or lower. Dr Mackel has no empathy. Zero empathy. They don't even change the tissue paper on the exam table between patients. Gross.
