I am so sorry CS was disappointed. She didn't even stay for a service so how credible is her rating ? The area was totally revamped and is gorgeous. As for the "pedi baths", they are intended for disposable liners which insure total cleanliness for each client. Is it really fair for such a review when there was really nothing to review?

Wow! Enjoyed a relaxing mani/pedi at the newly renovated Nouveaux Nails salon during a recent trip to Acton and can't wait to go back! Ella is such a gracious professional; love the fountain and the soft music as much as the services.

I'm new to town, googled a spa type salon and this looked great. Boy was I wrong! This is the worst place I have ever been too. It is located in a dingy backroom of a local hair salon. I had a hard time finding it. They use old, worn upholstered living room chairs for the pedi station and a cheap portable foot bath. Creepy and unprofessional. Nouveaux Skin & Nails was a great find! I have been going to Nouveaux for almost 20 years! The owner, Ella, has always been on the cutting edge with her services and keeps up with the latest trends. I just recently switched from french acrylics to the new ""Shellac"" polish that lasts 14+days. I love having my own nails back! I have NEVER, ever had a problem with fungus, mold, etc. Ella & Michelle practice safe sanitation methods and spare no expense for quality products.
