This is really 4.5 stars. Cowgirl, "Sochi", was ultra helpful before, during, and after my move.
The APT itself is small but very clean. The hardwood and carpets were new for me; I get plenty of light. The stove and microwave are new and brand name. My only concern is the air quality. Smoking is verboten but someone smokes over my porch; and the main building had a definite smell of mold in...

I've been a resident here at Nottingham for over 6 years now. I can honestly say this is the first apartment complex I've ever lived in. With that being said my experience here has been absolutely amazing. I moved from Michigan in hopes of purchasing a home but as you can tell I'm still here lol. We actually just applied to lease an apartment here and the office staff was amazing!!! They were such a big help and made we sure we had everything we needed BEFORE we went to the office.
I cannot wait to find out tomorrow if we are accepted! :) I would definitely recommend this complex to ANYONE!!
