What the community has to say about Norwood

Information about this business (2)

A happening private club, the Norwood sprawls over five floors, and mostly sees the creme de la creme of New York. Located on the West 14th Street, this chic nightclub is housed in a magnificent 1845 townhouse. Luxurious interiors, classy ambiance and an upscale crowd is what you can expect at your visit here. Needless to say, they have a full bar, stocked with everything from whiskey and vodka...

Soho House-esque private club, which has no hotel but sports two bars and a dining room spread over five floors. Arty refugees from upscale hotspots taking up residence in posh surrounds. Media and celebrity luminaries have become more regular, but barriers to entry make for an ultimately open, chill scene. Top Cheftestant Andrew D'Ambrosi has finally righted the food program with a tasty array...

A London-style members-only social club situated in the $12 million Norwood mansion.

In Short
The multi-level haven to socialites and the pocket square-wearing lads who love them is as extravagant inside as you'd expect. Membership allows guests wandering rights...

A masterfully curated experience, this is the place for creative people who love to collaborate. To wit: last night bartender Kevin solved my painting installation problem ... with a scheme involving magnets. All in a good evening's work at the Norwood!

Gorgeous private club located in a 14th street townhouse. Unpretentious but exclusive. Caters to the arts community. Food and drinks are excellent..

We all met at Norwood club a Writer( who was once a litigation lawyer) Publisher,Musician and a Visual Artist(me),
although this club is membership only with invitational option for a guest it was really a great place. A very sophisticated, relaxing and enlightening environment with great service. I would love to visit again in the future.

Tips about this business (3)

Know Before You Go

They're adamantly against picture taking, so refrain from whipping out the digital cam, unless you plan to pack your things and leave shortly thereafter.

When to Go

As the club is strictly for members' use only, plan to show up only when invited.

The Extras

If you choose to order some food in one of the lounge areas, try the macaroni and cheese fries--a truly original snack.
