As we all know, the host/hostess is the first contact we have when we enter a restaurant. To be greeted with sincerity and kindness is a given in most restaurants. However, today when a friend and I arrived at Norton's Cafe, we received less than "kind" behavior from the hostess, who we later found out was the owner. The food was fair.
