By far the best vet I have ever been to. They are kind, caring, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Dr. Russ knows his stuff and is always happy and smiling.

The doctors and techs are fine. What I find objectionable are the surly people who answer the phone. My pet had an issue, and I couldn't get an appt before 2 weeks. No compassion for an animal in pain. I was left wondering whether or not I should take my animal somewhere else. I did. I was a client for 15 years, but not now.
