You need to stop blaming a doctors office. After all it is your insurance not theirs. Who should be the one responsible for knowing what is covered and what is not......that would be you. Doctors office have to deal with multiple patients daily and surely they can not be expected to know the ins and outs of all insurances. I went there also, they gave me the information to call my insurance company and I did.....why do you think you should not have to do anything? You seem lazy and the type of person who always blames someone else and never takes responsibility for their own...

As a lot of doctors offices do now --NW podiartry contracts with an insurance provider as a medical provider. Careful this does not mean that they will comunicate with your insurance provider to find out if the services you are there for -are a covered service. They will have you sign a form saying ""I am requesting orthoticsthis date.
