Dr. Douglas performed ACL surgery on my oldest son who went on to play D1 football, elbow surgery on my youngest son who went on to be D2 pitcher, and I am currently recuperating from meniscus surgery. He is thorough, patient, empathetic and listens to his patients. I recommend him for his surgery ability and for how he tries least invasive methods to treat you.

Went into Ellicottville office for Right shoulder pain and decreased range of motion, received MRI results on wednesday from Dr. Lombardo and Dr. Douglas agreed to see me following day to discuss surgery options. He is very knowledgeable and explained my condition well and procedure needed. He listens fully to you and is willing to work with your schedule.

I paid my bull for my son's broken arm on September 3, 2015. Today I get a bill for the exact same amount I paid then, saying my only payment was the copay on the first visit. I'm reporting them to my insurance for double billing. Depending on the response I get to my complaint Monday, maybe my lawyer.
