Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I got my oil change and state inspection ncompleted in under a half hour. Waiting room and restrooms were very clean as was the overall facility. I definatly will be coming back here.

Excellent Customer service!! These guys always go the extra mile; very informative, helpful, yet never pushy. I have never been pressured into any added service needs, only recommended. Sometimes, other oil change places (i.e. rhymes with 'Liffy Jube') pressure people so much that I have seen patrons jump back in their cars and drive away. Not at North Pointe.
