I lived at north lake for a full year lease term. I was in a down stairs apartment and the neighbors above me were absolutely horrible. They managed to pack in 5 kids, 2 adults, 1 grandma, and 4 dogs In a 3 bedroom apartment. I love this place. The staff is friendly, they handle requests in a timely manner. The apliences are a kinda old but they are good at replacing in a timely manner. Very pet friendly. The dog park on site is the best. I have lived is several different apartments and they really are the best one I have been to.

PROS:

Management and staff are very friendly, and the complex will from time to time host events and have fun little contests. The place is very clean, and although you may have issues, you will definitely enjoy your time here.

I see LOTS of complaints about maintenance, but understand this: there are a lot of units and only so much manpower. These guys are doing their absolute best to make...

These apartments are huge and the neighborhood is wonderful. They have a very helpful maintence staff however they are older apartments have lived here for going on 3 years now and the rent has been raised every year for well over $100 more a month now approaching $1200 a month with no added amenities.
