I just picked up one of my aids, which was having issues. I dropped it off yesterday, and they diagnosed and treated it in less than a day! This is just one of many highly favorable experiences I've had with Northgate Hearing Services. Their entire staff is beyond helpful, and they're all super-friendly! I'm so glad I chose them for my HA needs!
