I don't know what happened to this garage. They used to do good work. But my recent experience says otherwise. They took in my vehicle on a rush repair on 8/25. I called every day and got the same answer of they have yet to look at it. On 8/31 they finally give me a call. The mechanic has looked at it and tells me that he could have it done for 9/2 for $700 (gah! later found out that a dealer charges only $500 for the same service) I reluctantly said yes as long as they offered a payment plan. I just wanted my car back. On 9/2 I had to go to the hospital and was there throughout the next week. I called the garage on 9/9 expecting the vehicle to be done, IT WAS STILL NOT DONE! I drove to the garage the next day and talked to the people in person and they told me it would be done at the end of the day. They refused to offer any discount for the abuse of my time telling me they told me they don't do that sort of thing. I get the car home that night and take a look at what they did. There were parts not completely put back or rerouted in the wrong spot. I had the vehicle in for inspection two weeks later, and surprise it didn't pass partly because of the work/damage this garage caused. I hope you read this entire review and heed my warning.
I was upset with them and generally upset with other things too. They have been so patient with me. In the past the work was always excellent and this time too -- even if I didn't realize it at first. The oil on the engine was old residue and has washed off. They have kept my 1997 car running great and I regret any hard time I have given them. They are good mechanics and I was in error thinking badly of them. I hope to continue doing business with them in the future.
