Help us make it rightThese are old apartments, but the safest, and kind management. Maintenance staff are awesome. I pay $535.00 a month for a one bedroom, large balcony, which I find my serenity on by balcony. I have Deer brook Mall, best churches (Grace Church, New Covenant Church), and many others. Restaurants on the water and many more..
This apartments are keep in very bad shape. The apartments where built in the 1980's and never been updated. So you can imagine the style and also they just look bad and run down inside. They will not replace carpet or install new kitchen and bathroon tile. The kichen cabinets are falling apart the wood is so rotten. JUst plan bad and gross. The price may be cheap but you get what you pay for

I lived at Northeast Pines for 5 months - Aug 98 to Jan 99. The one BR I had was HUGE, not to mention the walk-closet. It was a REAL walk-in closet. You could put a king-size bed inside it and still be able to walk around. Mgmt (Pat) was friendly and always smiling. Close to NEMC Hospital. Also close to a mall, and a strip mall. I can't wait to move back!
