poor service

Unabilty to commucate clearly on an order.

I spoke to the director of sales. Ron Rose. Hense, he gave it back to the salesman, Scott. And Scott failed to call me back. I was told that my order was half ready. But they did not know when it would be in. 6 weeks was on my contract. And not a word till now. 6 weeks later that is would be delayed still.

This caused a avalanche. My word to my customer, customer looses faith. Not good. Products not delivered on time. However, they were paid for in good faith. And not delivered.

Not returning phone calls. Passing the resposibitiies for this down the line to anyone. Poor service. Poor communication.

I requested a refund for the door they still did not have. And I also requested a time to collect the other door( that was due today and is still not in,) and window. I realize this is a small order. ButI am still the customer here. And my order was not furnished as promised.

And no, I have not recieved any conformations from anyone there after a mornng of phone calls.

UPdate 12/31 My freind teh LL that sent me there called to tell me they found my door last week. great. Other door was cancelled and money refunded. As of today it is not in my account.
And i still have no doors since they have not called me t tell me they are in. My last owrds from Mr. levin was they will call me to pick then up. I sent an email today to find out if the one door and window are in and when I can come and get them. WE will see.
The licen landlord is Mike Mascari. He promied tohelp me and install the doors for me that I paid cash for. To date no doors. and no money. (Edited January 07, 2009)
