I saw Dr. Franko over two years ago and just now received notice that I have an outstanding debt of almost $300.00. Which I promptly called the office to check into the matter. After pulling all my EOB's and trying to match them up with almost three years of old credit card reciepts,bank statements,etc... To top it off I really don't owe a thing this...

Horrible Office Manager

They changed billing systems in 2009, and I was suddenly notified that I had a balance from 2007. When I requested details on the charge, no one seems to able to send me specific details even though I have all of my records that show 0 balance due. I have been contacting their ever changing Billing Managers and now their collection agency with no luck. Joyce the office manager was so rude! ...
