My mother-in-law is 94 years old and her hearing is failing. I took her into North Suburban Hearing to be examined and fitted for a hearing aid. Within 10 days she was complaining that she could not put them on, that there was a noise and an echo. She decided that she did not want the hearing aid. My mother-in-law had returned the hearing aid to the store. I called the owner Mrs. Stern-Weisman to apologize and to ask her to please issue a credit.
