Physicians are good, nurses are nice, but the check-in staff are some of the rudest people I've ever dealt with. As a customer, I have choices about where I go for my and my family's health care and I do not choose to continue with NFFM.

Dr. Hall is an awesome doctor and I always get the best care when I see him! He has a very comforting manner about him and I have gone to his office here in Cumming just to be able to see him! Traveling a few extra miles is well worth it…

I went to NFFM (Dr. Cheaves's office) for a physical after coming back from traveling in a developing country. The nursing staff was rude and made it seem like it was my fault that they were constantly overbooked. I specifically asked that they not bill my insurance because the billing goes to a separate organization. What did they do? They billed my insurance anyway. The front desk lady...
