It is not a bad place for the price. People, occasionally, play music louder than normal. The walls are thin. I can regularly hear the neighbors above me having sex. I'm sure some of it is the walls and some of it is to be blamed on their gregariousness. For the most part, the area is pretty safe, and the neighbors stay to themselves. I lived there from 11/06 to 11/07.

Never had an issue. No crime or drugs. Clean. No issues with parking. One bedroom was 805 a month. Great for the location and price. Manager was easy to get a long with and attentive. Only issue was when my lease was up the rent was raised to 950. I find that a bit excessive in today's current housing market.

Another management company change effective 4-23-13. The new company-Pinnacle Family of Companies. 3rd management company change in 3 years. Let's hope this means a decrease in rent and increase in personable staff who actually learn your name and care.

First off SHEENA is awesome and wonderful as a manager. Thank you for being a real human. Not many of them around. My last apartment was horrible and management was terrible. After 1 year at North Creek, i am happy and like the apartments. There is a little noise but its an apartment, nothing more than any other place I've lived. Happy to call North Creek home and Sheena is wonderful.
