I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff. They definitely could have been more polite. . . Dr. Levine is an Insurance Company shill - I went for a work comp eval and he took x-rays- he must have known I needed an MRI to properly be diagnosed - and he told me and the Ins Co I didn't have a problem- he was instrumental in me getting very little for my case- I paid for and MRI on my on...
