My doctor sent me to NoBo PT after a bad ankle sprain - the therapist was very chatty which was fine during the sessions until I got the bill 5 months after the last session (slow billing!) and I had been charged for 45 min and 60 min sessions instead of the 30 min sessions they had signed me up for. I don't think any of my sessions went over 30 min but if they did it was because the PT was telling me about her x-country ski trips instead of focusing on therapy.
They also told me up front that they had confirmed with my insurance company that I would pay $0 - it was covered 100% by...
