We came from out of town and rented an RV from NORMS...they will attempt to overcharge for damages that you may or may not have caused. I recommend not dealing with Norms RV in Poway CA.

I rented an RV from Norms RV. Upon return they pointed out one of many scratches on the RV and said I did it...and it was a small scratch, surface only at that....They then had their own body shop give a sky high estimate of $326 and kept it out of my $500 dollar deposite...
