Beer, sports, and inexpensive food. This is one pub where the grub is more than worth considering. Crowd mix is eclectic, almost bizarre. Busiest when soccer matches are showing and Euros and South Americans take over. Outdoor tables for smoking and watching the traffic and hookers pass by.

Had a number of lunches and a dinner during recent trip to North Beach. Service was always friendly and attentive. Food was good or sometimes very good. Clam chowder soup was surprisingly great and better than some established restaurants. Highly recommend if in the area...
