The mangement here is a joke >Never answer questions if they do its i dont know.My lease was up and had to contact them twice asking where my renewal was .She said she mailed it here it is almost 2 months later no lease i luckily knew when it was up so put in a notice to move.I think they do this puposely to keep you here.Parking is ridiclous and the common halls and laundry are filty cant...
I have been a tenant at Normandy Arms for almost 4 years and haven't had any serious problems. The apartments are old but very nice. Being old, they can't offer what other complexes offer today. They just weren't built for it. As in any complex, legal issues and fair housing laws prevent management from acting on some complaints.
Very rude and unhelpful. Different employees will tell you different answers to the same question just to get rid of you.
Decent apartments, need improvement of managing.
My apartment here was nice but there was a paking space shortage most of the time. The parking lots was not laid out very well and didn't have parking for guests, so many times I couldn't find anyplace close to my place to park. As far as the apartment, it was in good shape. The appliances were old but they were good about repairing them.
