This apartment is in fair condition, but rent is very high, making it hard to make ends meet, several leaks in bathroom & maintenance cannot get to the main problem, washer & dryers are also part of the amenities when they are working , & 24 hr security,I do have a terrace & I face the front of the building with view of the a park & 2 major highways,
