Restaurant

Nob Hill Cafe is one of the best places to visit if you're planning a good meal with your family or going on a date! It is a romantic little place with beautiful outdoor seating arrangement. The service here is excellent with warm and smiling staff waiting on you. Besides the delectable pizzas, the omelette with ouille sausage and the sweet potato gnocchi are a must-try. Ask for a...

This bright spot is a well-heeled local’s go-to for consistent Italian trattoria fare – savory soups and fresh salads, gourmet pizzas, pasta, and heavier entrees such as lasagna al forno and veal piccata. The food at Nob Hill Café is so consistent, in fact, that the famous San Francisco twins – much-photographed elderly sisters who dress exactly alike – eat dinner here every Tuesday and Friday....

Bensonhurst by way of Nob Hill. Comfortable neighborhood classic with endless bowls of spaghetti alla carbonara, gnocchi bolognese, lasagna, and some garlic bread to bring it all home. Split personality to suit your mood: half bustling bistro, half calm oasis. Lots of single tables so you don't feel odd man out alone. Best place in the city to spot the San Francisco Twins, Marian and Vivian.

Considering the steep cost and formality of most Nob Hill restaurants, it's no wonder that residents don't mind waiting around for a table to open up at this cozy neighborhood bistro. This is the kind of place where you can come wearing jeans and sneakers, tuck into a large plate of linguine with clams and a glass of pinot, and leave fulfilled without blowing a wad of dough (pastas are in the...

Had to sit outside for an hour nursing a glass of wine to get my table - but it was worth it. Super friendly staff and authentic tasty Italian food- plus a decent wine list. Recommended

A very unpretentious but totally delicious restaurant, service was very good and friendly, we were tourists but could tell it was a local favourite.
