Help us make it rightI stopped in to the store on 1-19-2010. I was serviced on the spot.for a ram upgrade on my computer.
This place did amazing work on my computer, not only did the fix the problem but taught me how to do what they did, so I don't have to keep paying. They were great to me, recommended!!!!
Nitrp Tech Computers getting off to an ok start. There is only one tech which is the owner which is a smart guy when it comes down to computers. Return times have been going up. He needs help from new clients....
I brought in my computer and was told it would be ready the next day...which turned out to be over 2 weeks later. Information that was given to me turned out to be incorrect. And, Nicholas, the owner/head...
The tech was condescending, I was without my computer for days ( 1-2 day turnaround was more like 5-10) and when i finally received it back it was broken again!! Not up to par!
