Very knowledgeable. My latest dilemma brought me into Nitro for some advice on bottling a high ABV Belgian Ale. I was worried about the ability of the yeast to finish the job. After many questions Nitro advised I had should be ok to bottle but I would need patience for this beer. "Bottle it and forget about it". 3 months later Nitro was proven right, no worries. Nitro is always helpful...

Couldn't ask for a better LHBS! Good prices, friendly folks, and has a great grain stock on hand for just about any recipe. Huge variety of pellet hops, but only a couple whole cone varieties. Will also special order things if needed.
