Lousy atmosphere

I picked up food to go from this location of Nit Noi and was shocked at the atmosphere, or lack thereof. The place smelled musty, the floor needed a new paint job let alone a cleaning, and the back wall showed patchwork that had not been painted over. The food was okay but the place was depressing.
