When we bought our car we expected some paper work also,we only got a paper tag!
The bank that loaned on the car said we should have a copy of our purchase contract.
The car was NOT serviced before being put on the sales line,the A/C needed a new condenser & every now & then the rear brakes growl ...

Band of thieves and liars. If your a veteran they will use your trust of veterans to rob you blind and they have an F rating from BBB so I don't know how their rafting is so high here.
