I sent my old reliable 2005 CR-V for the airbag recall. Service was prompt and staff very courteous. When they said it would be an hour wait, they were right on the money. They have a nice little seating area with free coffee, bottled water, TV and magazines. Loaner cars are also available for prolonged waits. I was treated very well.

Very bad experience, poor customer service. Not friendly at all. Another person with similar repair got it done at 20% of the cost that I paid. Very unfair. Very Bad customer service. Will not go to this dealership again in future for any type of repair or service. Will share this bad experience with my friends/families and recommend them not to go to this dealership. the service department is very respectable and helpful. i love coming here, they give great discounts on services, and let me know what's reccomended for my honda. i wouldn't trust any other dealership with serving my car!
