Nishime Family Karate offers Martial Arts and Fitness classes for all ages. Shihan Nishime has over 50 years experience in teaching Okinawan Shorin-ryu and teaches seminars world-wide.
Classes are for ages 4 and up, with Karate classes for Kids, classes for Families, classes for Adults, Bootcamp, Cardio-kickboxing, Yoga, and Zumba there is something for everyone in the family.

The instructors are patient, and so awesome with kids! The main thing that Shihan says to the kids is "Just try. That's all you have to do..."
