Help us make it rightI have gone into the 9 west store on Michigan with my wife. It is usually a zoo -- girls/women everywhere and shoeboxes strewn all over. We do a loop while she checks out shoes. She likes the selection, but has never been up for dealing with the crowd enough to try on a pair, much less buy.
