Help us make it rightI took my new dresses to Nian's and they came back not cleaned and not starched. I also had 1 white cotton blouse that had 3 coffee stains and I paid to spot treat clean and heavy starch. 1 week later I came back to get my things and they were not even cleaned. Blouse still had stains and not pressed,dresses not starched or pressed and full of lint. I was not going to pay for services that were not rendered. I called the police and I paid for the items because I am ethical. I would like to tell everyone that it would be best to NOT DO BUSINESS WITH this company. They are not ethical and they do not treat the customer with respect to what we work hard to pay for. I had to go back twice and still it was not done right. My gas money and time was wasted and I paid for services that were not given. I took pictures and if any one would like to view them I will email them to you.

Don't go anywhere else. Soon and her staff and family work very hard to please you, and they do not give you false expectations. I appreciate their honesty, the work ethic, and willingness to work with you on what you need done, and WHEN you need it done. I'm a customer and always will be!
The business has changed so much since the last time I had originally came in 2008. Those changes are all for the better.
There is the manager Soon, who is still learning English, but she runs the place well and understands the customer. There is also the sweet Mina, who speaks both English and Spanish, even though she is still learning some.

She is very easy to work with and will have your items finished in a timely manner. AND if you need them back on short notice she will work to get them finished to accomodate YOU! :)
