Love the old-time décor. The atmosphere is restful.\n\nReally need to work on the shower in the bathroom. Desperately needs a new showerhead!

Love the saloon and dining room. The grand staircase lined with pictures of people and the location of the past is great. The room was nice. It was comfortable.\n\nThe bathroom shower really needed some help. The showerhead was bad and the facet handles not on the correct pipe to control the water temp. Also, a sign to check in thru the saloon would be helpful

It was fun seeing the restoration in progress....Staff was knowledgeable on building and area history. ..The food was outstanding as was the service\n\nNo handicap access to the rooms...was very difficult for my partially disabled husband to climb the long and steep stairs...we would do it again however..

Great people and a step back in time

This is a great place if you like history, wonderful food, good atmosphere, and most importantly a great staff. I left my iPad in my room. They found it and mailed it back to me. I would go out of my way to stay there again. It is a little rustic, but that is part of the charm.

We went here for dinner on the fourth, our service was fine, but the food was horrible. We kept hearing complaints from tables around us and almost wanted to leave, they need a new cook or at least someone who knows how to cook.
I had the halibut, small and dry. The pilaf rice was mushy and tasteless. As were...
