I have seen Dr. Shein since I was a teenager, and she is extremely supportive and helpful throughout all life's transitions - she is currently helping me and supporting me while starting a family. Extremely straightforward, honest, and warm.

Im not happy with her. I saw her 3 years ago. I also want to comment that her office staff is beyond rude. After several MRIs, testing, etc, she told me I did not meet criteria for Multiple Sclerosis. For the second time, I was diagnosed with Optic Nerve issues. When I brought my MRI and EEG into the Opthamologist, she was aghast. She did not listen to me, and waisted my time. She did not look...

Dr. Shein is a very competant physition. Main focus patients well being. Explains clearly and with compation any question,Honesty is apparent including. A warm smile that can light up the room..truly from the bottom of my ?? with out her and3 other area physitions I would have given up. , hank you and your present staff for caring?? Nancy bouche
