I am very sorry about your experience at our garden center. We do have a no return policy on all annuals and vegetables in fact I do not know of any business that guarantees these items including the big box stores. Once an annual or vegetable leaves our store we can not control how it is being watered or the environment that it is in or the frost. We have not had any other complaints about our...

I purchased nearly $200 in hanging baskets At Nicky's Garden Center last spring. They were gifts for Mother's Day and birthdays as well as for my own home. very disappointed with the service. Purchased several vegetable plants and flowers through a Corpus Christi school fundraiser. All tomato plants died and they would not exchange 3 lousy plants. During the next PTG meeting I will advise that we DO NOT purchase anything else from Nicky's. Three tomato plants is a far cry from an entire school purchasing items, not a good way to do business.
