They are rude, stupid, arguementative and they pay for repairs using owners money without asking questions. After questioning a big bill they just refunded us money, that is fishy!.
Renters- please know they are just as rude to owners.

They have managed my 4 properties for years and always do a great job. I live out of state and never have to worry. They are professional and efficient! I will use them as long as I own my properties. My only recommendation for them is to get a phone system that allows the caller to bypass the outgoing message. Most of them are so long.
