he got my $200 for nothing

i called before i go for tax return ask for price they give me price for $175 i said fine,when i go accountand told me $200 i said ok but after he finishes with my tax return he tried to charge $250 i didnt accept then he said fine,after that due to out of hand situation i had to cancel their service so i asked for refund and nick told they will return half of the money and when i call for pick up he yelled at me and didnt give anything i told him i will complain to jacson hewitt he told me to call obama!!!.so be aware and dont trust!!!
