First of all let me tell you that I had plenty of Lebanese food, good food. This place didn't do it for me. I took my husband there so he could try Lebanese Food. I wish i hadn't done that. The place was way too small to be called a restaurant, a take out place maybe. The food was not good and overly priced for no good reason. The tables were a joke when it came to size. literately, each table...

If clowns had a cuisine, this would be it. Menu was VERY short and limited and we ended up paying much much more than we expected for food that was mediocre at best. Salad was awful. Overall the service makes you feel like you want to leave the place as soon as you can. No wonder that there were only about 4 people in the restaurant. If you want to have a nice evening out - AVOID this restaurant!

I've eaten practically everything on the menu. It's all outstanding. Except for the falafel... it's outststandingerer.

I used to get great falafel at Bread and Olive on John Street in lower Manhattan and when they closed I never found a falafel as good....until I tried Wafa's. Her falafel is awesome, and so are the side dishes. Can't wait to go back.

Wafa's Lebanese--Amazing food

This hole-in-the-wall Lebanese take out (there are only a couple small tables and a tiny counter) is wonderful. Great vegetarian as well as meat dishes. The food and ingredients are extremely fresh and perfectly blended to yield authentic and amazing Lebanese food. I have never been disappointed with any of the dishes. Wafa's Okra is my current favorite.
